Atlas Browser by OpenAI
During the presentation, OpenAI introduced ChatGPT Atlas with built-in AI inside the system. Now the ChatGPT is always on the same page with the user: summarizing articles, comparing content, and explaining complex things. At the same time, Atlas offers agent mode (Plus/Pro/Business plans that automates plenty of requests from marketing (posting content, updating project boards) to competitive analysis (scraping competitor data), code reviews, QA testing, and cross-platform workflows, even playing web games if you want (but MacOS-only)
Read the Atlas deep dive with features, real Use Cases, and Agent prompts to try.
Vibe coding with Google
The company has introduced an updated version of the AI Studio platform with the “Vibe coding” feature, designed for building full applications from idea to deployment, optimized for Gemini models. Launched on October 21, the feature is now free for all AI Studio users. The system will automatically select the components, create the interface, configure the API, and assemble the entire application. Apps are deployed in one click via Cloud Run. The feature is integrated into the “Build” section of the Google AI Studio platform.

News of the week 🌍
Copilot Fall Release 2025
Microsoft has rolled out a transformative Windows 11 update aimed at turning every compatible device into an AI-driven PC. At the heart of the experience are Mico, a new animated avatar that brings personality to Copilot, and the Agent mode. The focus of the transformation is on natural interaction (voice, screen vision, and autonomous actions) with full user consent under the Secure Future Initiative. Mico reacts in real-time with changing shapes, colors, and expressions to make voice interactions more engaging and empathetic.
Agent Capabilities
The update is now available via the Microsoft Store. With “Hey, Copilot,” users can control their PC by voice and search for files, manage settings, and send emails hands-free. Copilot Vision analyzes the screen to suggest real-time actions, while Copilot Actions automates workflows like sorting files or creating slideshows. Microsoft also partnered with Manus via the Model Context Protocol to enable secure, on-device content creation and organization.
Manus has been updated to version 1.5
The new version introduces a Lite version free for all (1 task/day, 300 credits + 1000 bonus) and full functionality via subscription ($10/month, 50% off Lite). The engine is now 4 times faster, with output quality up 15% and better handling of complex tasks. Agents can execute unlimited-length workflows and build complete web apps in a single prompt (front-end, back-end, database, authentication, domain, analytics, notifications, and AI features) without external tools (vibe-coding on steroids).
“Learn” in Perplexity AI
Perplexity has learned how to create interactive flashcards for learning languages. Unlike basic flashcards, it works as a full interactive tutor built into chat, because AI generates personalized cards with audio, translations, and contextual examples. It is possible to import Anki for repetition. The feature is free for all users, but the Pro version ($20/month) removes the request limits and adds advanced models (Gemini 1.5 Pro or Claude 3.5).
Where to try: already on the web and the iOS app. Android is coming soon.
Workflows have been added to Runway
Runway ML officially unveiled Workflows, calling it “a new way to build your own tools inside Runway” (not new, honestly). The feature introduces a node-based editor for creating custom AI pipelines that integrates over 30 Runway AI tools, including video generation and editing, and image styling, and works seamlessly with Apps. The main advantage is more control over the generation than in the basic tools. Overall, another interface that accelerates iterations for artists, not something groundbreaking.
OpenAI buys Software Applications Incorporated (SAI)
OpenAI snapped up Software Applications Incorporated, the startup behind the unreleased Mac tool Sky and the team that created Workflow, later known as Apple Shortcuts. Sky is a floating AI interface that can read your screen and automate tasks across apps using natural language. Coming shortly after the Mac-only Atlas browser release, it seems OpenAI is gradually positioning itself as the AI layer for Mac, while Apple Intelligence lags behind.

This is a powerhouse roundup! Atlas Browser finally brings ChatGPT into the workflow, Google Vibecoding is making app prototyping ridiculously fast, and Averi shows how AI can actually streamline marketing end-to-end. Love seeing practical tools that let creators focus on strategy, not friction.
Excellent roundup of this week's AI developments! The convergence you're highlighting is fascinatig - OpenAI's moves into Mac ecosystem with Atlas and the Sky acquisition, Microsoft's agentic Copilot updates, and Google's vibe-coding all point to the same trend: AI is moving from chat interfaces to integrated, context-aware systems that work alongside us. The Perplexity Learn feature is particularly interesting as it challenges traditional learning apps by making education conversational and adaptive. Thanks for curating such comprehensive coverage!
